November marks the start of Panto season for us, rehearsals begin early and, with a cast of 700 actors, dancers, musicians, stage staff and creative personnel, there’s a lot of costumes – not to mention the set, special effects, lighting . . . . With productions in 24 venues across UK, this year’s pantomimes will be seen by nearly 1.5 million people and has involved over 120 of our trucks, with 52 of those moving into venues across just one weekend.

We also spent a lot of November in the doghouse, well Snoopy’s kennel to be exact. To celebrate the UK release of the new Charlie Brown Peanut’s Movie, a group of well-known celebrities designed brand new versions of Snoopy’s home to help raise money for this year’s Text Santa. We took the kennels on a tour of UK cities, stopping off at Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool and Swansea along the way. Photos of some of the kennels can be seen on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/KBEventLtd

A bit of glamour came our way in the form of the 2015 British Fashion Awards and Strictly Come Dancing; whilst on the sporting front we headed over to Belfast for the BBC’s Sport Personality of the Year, as well as fitting in a bit of tennis with the ATP World Tour Finals at London’s O2.

Straight off the back of the European tour, we were out again with Stereophonics for a UK Arena Tour, as well as working on the BBC Music Awards in Birmingham and with the Happy Monday’s as they performed at Brixton.

And, after several months of the road, Michael McIntyre and Kevin Bridges both finished their mammoth comedy tours with all 10 of our artics returning home, just as another 6 megas set off for Barcelona for Microsoft’s annual Convergance event.
